Administration Building, Longhorn Cavern State Park, c. 2001
Designed in 1934 by Samuel C. P. Vosper and George Walling, this highly eclectic building borrows from Spanish and Moorish architecture, as well as regional vernaculars, and features an observation tower accessed by an exterior flight of stairs. The wall elevations specified alternating bands of sandstone, limestone, and slate.
