Archeological Plan, Goliad State Park, April 26, 1940
This highly developed sketch served as a working drawing of the archaeological investigations. It shows the ruin locations and limits of the restored structures. Note the architects' pen scratches around the border of the drawing where they tested ink flow as they began drafting in 1938 and continually updated. This revision is signed by both Temple Phinney (who served as Superintendent of Balmorhea State Park in 1936) and architect Samuel C. P. Vosper and checked by architect Raiford L. Stripling.
