Bath House, Tyler State Park, 2008

Influenced by the Prairie Style popularized by Frank Lloyd Wright, this beautifully sited building, designed by architect Joe C. Lair, has a central pavilion (concession area) constructed of concrete. The two wood-framed and wood-sided wings have continuous linear fenestration at the eaves, and wood louvers at the base of the building. Numerous retaining walls terrace down to the lake.
