Combination Building (northeast elevation), Tyler State Park, 2008
Architect Joe C. Lair designed the combination building, and Company 2888 constructed it and the other buildings and features of the park. The building was destroyed by fire in 1991 and reconstructed shortly after, retaining as much of the original as possible. The entry portico is constructed of striped-and-hammered concrete which matches the bath house. The semi-circular motif is repeated at the dance terrace which is on the opposite side of the building.
