Lookout Tower, Mother Neff State Park, October 18, 1935
Drawn by architect Herman F. Cason, this plan and elevation shows completion of the observation tower by the addition of stone facing, steps, and handrails around the existing concrete water storage tank. Located atop a ridge near where the caretaker's dwelling would be constructed, the tower overlooks the Leon River and provides views of the park.
