Caretaker's Dwelling, Mother Neff State Park, July 1, 1937
Designed and drawn by architect A. Raines, these rendered conceptual elevations of the caretaker's house and service structures are sited atop a ridge overlooking the park. With an approved concept and developed construction drawings, the enrollees completed the dwelling the following year. Pat Neff had envisioned a dwelling that included separate guest quarters for dignitaries, but designers reduced the scale of his vision.
