Restoration Project, Indian Lodge, 2006
TPWD engineer and historic preservation specialist Doug Porter adds the final touches to Indian Lodge by installing reproductions of original 1935 exterior light fixtures. In 2006 TPWD completed a two-year restoration of the historic portion of the hotel, including room configurations and landscape, to its original appearance.
