New Enrollees in Transit, Philadelphia

Formerly working at a Soil Conservation Service camp, these enrollees from Clinton, Oklahoma, near the Texas panhandle, register for work wherever the CCC needed them. The CCC often sent enrollees to work in camps far from home where needs were greatest and most immediate.
