Dam Construction, Fort Parker State Park, c. 1937-1938

In the background, viewers can see the stacked cement sacks and the concrete mixer nearby. After the men of Company 3807(C) mix the concrete, they transport it in four Georgia buggies that they have rolled to the top level of the dam. They will continue sequential pouring of concrete until the dam crest rises another eight-to-eleven feet above this level.
